The dining table we ordered arrived with some scratches/marks on the surface and the team was so quick to fix the issue, arranging for a replacement to be sent out immediately. Really appreciate the good customer service!

Verified reviewTerrible experience. Lockdown and covid are excuses for everything. After waiting for months on the delivery a day before we were contacted saying the furniture wouldn't be delivered to our floor, but only to the entrance of the building. I can't carry a TV stand this heavy, so contact the delivery service, which was appalling.. saying that due to covid and also because they do several deliveries a day, they couldn't deliver to our door. ALL delivery services come to our door, and furniture, deliver to our flat, without assembling, so I was surprised that a furniture shop like yours wouldn't do the same. They basically said they couldn't do anything and contacted tikamoon to cancel the order, after waiting over a month! Tikamoon customer services offered no alternatives and revealed very inconsiderate to my situation, just interested in back the delivery service intransigence. Too bad, we went for another shop and for our TV stand delivered a week after, being delivered to our flat. Loved the items on this shop, but won't buy there again.

Thank you for your honest review. We appreciate the fustration and dissapointement of the current situation with COVID19 and the National Lockdown. Our logistics companies drivers can make up to 50 deliveries per day, and on that basis have made the decision to no longer offer a room of choice delivery. The national lockdown rules, are that no visits are allowed inside of a house and we believe this to be only fair to extend it to the delivery service drivers. This is in place to protect you the customer as well as the drivers. Please kindly note that this is pointed out in the checkout before the purchase is processed. We believe this to be more than considerate considering the seriousness of the current situation.

Many thanks for your honest review. I can see from your order that your unit was held up at customs. Unfortunately due to BREXIT and the new customs regulations, many of our orders are being held at the border into the UK. This has since been sorted, and I can see from our your that this has now been delivered with no further issues.
