Verified reviewFirst class from start to finish. Ordered directly from manufacturer, got contacted within 48 hours a delivery slot just before Christmas. Item was well packed, of good quality, and easy to errect. My only complaint would be that when spending this sort of money on an outdoor table, I would have liked it if it came with a cover, rather than having to purchase one separately, but all in all, very happy.

Verified reviewDelivery was great eventually, dropped a star as ordered before Christmas only to be told it couldn't be delivered until after the new year as I had missed the cut off date. I was informed that this was clearly stated on the website that I ordered from but after checking more than once I still could not find that information anywhere. But the guys who delivering it in the new year where great and very helpfull.

Verified reviewGreat service. I received a phone call soon after placing the order and communications re delivery were good. Product is great. The only downside was that the assembly instructions could have been much clearer. It was mainly diagrams which were ambiguous and difficult to follow making the assembly a longer and much more arduous task than it should have been. My husband is very good at this sort of thing and it still took four hours and a lot of irritation to figure it out and get it all assembled. Also the numerous small parts could have been more clearly labelled to make the job quicker and easier. Definitely a two person job.

Verified reviewI was initially told that delivery would be between 5-7pm. I left specific instructions with the company as to where to leave the table at the property as I would not be at home. I then had a called from the delivery driver himself at 1700 saying he was running late. I then had another call at 1930 saying he could be as late as 2230. I re-iterated I would not be at home and left specific instructions as to where to leave it. I then didn't hear from them until I saw missed calls the next morning saying it could not be delivered as I wasn't at the property so had to organise another delivery date.

Verified reviewI still do not have my part despite ordering on the 27th November and getting confirmation of dispatch on the 29th November! It is now 8th January. How can this happen?!
