  I ordered the Power Failure alarm (for my fridge freezer) after buying a cheap Chinese made one for £15 where it failed after 3 months and was poorly built. Early days for this one through UltraSecure, but for the expensive price for what is a simple piece of electronics, It had better last a life time (with occasional battery replacements. I am so surprised this seems to be a niche market with very few other options out there, even with ScrewFix and alike. Perhaps that will change and the price will come down . . . or UltraSecrure supply to ScrewFix or similar. Am now a lot more at ease I have this alarm installed now.

  Stunning shed alarm system. Very loud ( so loud it hurts my ears) ! Arrived very quickly with normal postage paid. Nice touch from ultra secure in pairing the system so it was ready to use immediately. Would definitely buy again. Great product so far, feels like a quality bit of kit.

  I found the website easy to use and soon found the security post I required. I ordered and received an acknowledgement and the post was delivered well within the specified time suggested. My only slight quibble was a statement on the paperwork that said not to use postcrete for fiixing the "shoe". The website suggested that this was a suitable material for installation.

  Couldn't be more happy with Ultra Secure Direct. The products are great and when I ordered a system that wasn't quite right it was really easy to switch out the wrong bits and rectify. There are loads of different product combinations for whatever you need and you can add extra bits on as you need them. Even better, when you order items together they pre-pair them for you so all you have to do is put them where you want them, straight out of the box. Items come in unprinted white packaging....would rather save on the purchase than have a colourful box.

  The product does exactly as it says, as a VERY reasonable price. It connected to our electric gate seamlessly, although a working knowledge of electronics is useful. Note that it needs 12-24V DC to work - batteries are fine, but a PSU is better.

  Clear website, good ordering process and quick delivery. UltraSecure itself was fine and the PIR alarm product itself is reasonable but it annoyingly has tiny fixing screws one of which quickly deteriorated - luckily after a search in my garage I found a suitable screw although I had to cut it down in length. To be honest the screw thing with the alarm needs sorting out - it makes a relatively good product look cheap.

  I ordered a KP9 alarm panel that was delivered promptly. It is a good product. What lets it down is the manual. It has been badly translated from Chinese. A lot of the commands are missing. It takes a lot of reading to get the full benefit out of the panel. Even trying to set it up I had to ring their help line. The help back up is good and they knew the answers to my question. It's a pity that Ultra Secure don't re-write the manual

  Quicker delivery than I expected (next day) - wonderful.Easy installation but the central alarm unit wasn't picking up the second door detector - had a chat with the technical people, and followed through several routines, replaced a battery and now its a bit intermittent. Its only 8 feet away but there is quite a thickness of timber in between the detector and the alarm unit so I need to make some minor modifications to my set up. The bulk of the alarm works perfectly. The moral of the story is to plan where items are go before sticking them in place!

  An excellent product arrived quickly very well packed. Only one minor negative. There is no means of securing the dummy wire that goes from the camera to the box.I overcame this by securing the bottom half of a three pin plug inside the box; having removed all the pins and fuse and then clamping the wire in the base of the plug which I screwed into the box. A highly recommended product and looks the real thing.

  Dear Mr Filio We are sorry you experienced a delay in this delivery, we use the nationwide courier DPD so the drivers are not actually working directly for us, we have investigated with DPD and found that they did try to deliver the Post three times before successfully making the delivery to you on the Friday. DPD make hundreds of deliveries for us every week, and the vast majority of these deliveries are done without any delays and problems, unfortunately for whatever reason with your delivery they experienced a problem.   Very helpful with good products. Only one minor problem. It would have helped if they had warned me about using a 3 SIM and "sold" the benefits of a roaming SIM to me during purchase if my auto-dialler alarm system. Unfortunately initially I discovered that with my spare 3 SIM, alerts were unreliable, often not arriving at all. I discussed this with USD and after being advised that that was the cause, I bought a roving SIM from them and the system now works fine.

  Been casually looking for a reliable, cost effective GSM Alarm system for small remote projects for sometime!! These products and the second to none support from this company are at a standard I believed had disappeared in the supplier market. Can’t say enough positive things about them.   Quick to respond to email enquiries, value for money product ( non GSM garage alarm). Only been installed for a few days but product is operating as described. Only slight issue concerns the plastic mounting swivel that allows sensor to be positioned, it feels a little loose, a stiffer swivel design would merit 5 stars. Delivered in 48 hours.
