  Very efficient service and quick delivery. For the price of the product, to me the quality appears slightly disappointing. It does work ok though and that's what matters. Time will tell if the outdoor sensors remain watertight.

  Delivery very good. Staff technical help excellent. However the let down was the product. Initially the system worked very well but after 3/4 years the Red Shield began to fail, just triggering false alarms from one minute to sevsral hours. Now its only fit the recycling centre!! So what do I do now? Just buy a new one? I don't think so, I don't want to chance it. A great shame, I really liked the system.

  Dear Sir Thank you for the review, having checked your order we notice that you ordered without adding a SIM Card, there are three options when adding to cart, 1) No SIM Card, 2) 20 Plan SIM Card, 3) 50 Plan SIM Card. We are sorry you did not see this or the information within the text content about choosing a SIM Card, we would welcome your opinion of what extra information you would advise we could do to prevent other customers overlooking the fact.   Dear Customer I am sorry you have had issues with this 4G Battery Camera, I believe you have now spoken to our technical team and it appears the issue is with the 4G signal in the location where you were trying to use the Camera. If you need to talk to them again please contact us. Unfortunately 4G Cameras rely on a 4G Phone signal for correct operation, just as all of our mobile phones need a network signal to work, in some cases using a SIM Card from a different supplier can give you a better phone (network) signal (for example trying EE if O2 is struggling, or O2 if Vodaphone is struggling), obviously you know the location better than we do.   Motion sensor and additional siren easy to install. Future battery replacement needs to be done in situ so care will be required in not dropping the screw that retains each part to its backing plate. Remote control differs from that depicted in the instruction manual, but not a problem since synchronising the remote control to the motion sensor and the siren is simple.

  I originally bought a BT PIR & Remote Control Alarm System (Non-GSM) with a remote alarm and external solar alarm for my shed 3 years ago. after the annual battery change the PIR refused to set, it paired with the remote but would not switch on or off. I ordered a replacement item which was delivered to a UK address in very quick time. I have yet to install the replacement as I live in Italy and have yet to receive it from my intermediary. I do like the products, the alarms are easy to install, loud and, up until recently, all parts have functioned correctly when required. My only criticism are the costs on the EU site, these are disproportionately high, considering the recent exchange rates, and the postage and packaging charges are excessively high.
