  Product a bit flaky, I feel like it may worth replacing with an alarm from an established home security firm once possible . Messaged support to ask about an issue and they never came back. Alarm seems to work for now, but not inspiring too much confidence.

  Excellent service - quick and helpful advice on what kit was best for my needs - all Bluetooth kit sent paired, ready for me to use - very quick delivery. Equipment seems good, though alarm remote control seems rather "light touch" and can accidentally "set" alarm with minimal pressure if in pocket - otherwise all very good. I'd happily recommend and use Ultra Secure Direct again

  Alarm was shipped very promptly. Unfortunately, DPDs delivery was very poor resulting in lots of wasted time. Ultrasecure were very helpful and contacted DPD on my behalf albeit with limited effect. The alarm seems to be OK although the siren claims to be 130dB which you would expect to be literally painfully loud. When the siren sounds inside the vehicle, it does not seem loud at all - it would not be audible from my house about 25 metres away. However, the second siren situated in the house does make sufficient noise.

  The website was clear. I was interested because the company says the alarms are UK Police approved. Delivery was very fast and very well packed. The only slight disappointment was the colour selecton of the Screaming Voice personal alarms. They come in 5 colours, I ordered 6 of them but three colours were the same and one was doubled. A little irritation and no explanation, although one assumes the other colours were not available. Have not yet tried the alarms as they are stocking fillers so won't know until Christmas day !!

  I bought a four camera home cctv system and installed it myself. Once up and running I had a couple of queries about icons on the screen and remote access to recordings using my iPhone. Pete responded immediately with simple answers and it took just a few minutes to implement these. I rate the equipment and after sales help to be perfect for the diy home installer.

  Navigation on site was easy and the packaging and delivery very good. Setting up the 'sensor' and 'receiver' was straightforward. 2 problems: I ordered 2 sets of the system - with one set the receiver occasionally alarms but there is no one and nothing to be seen near the 'sensor'. I suspect it may be set off by birds and I have moved the location of the sensor. With both sets the volume of the receiver, though turned to full, cannot be heard if there is some background noise. Apart from these I am quite pleased with the product.

  There is nothing wrong with the product or the after sales service but the price of an extra wireless controller at £21.94 is too expensive when the main alarm complete with the same controller is only £39.94. I bet they don't sell the main alarm for £18.00. Feels like, because it is a captive market, I'm being ripped off.

  Dear Ashley Thank you for the review and comment, we were using recycled internal packaging up to a few months ago, but our supplier like many others has (and is) experiencing terrible supply chain problems.   It's difficult to decide which system to go for as the choice can be overwhelming, but when receiving my order, I was very satisfied with it and despite having some queries, the technical support line was very helpful in resolving them. If I had any criticism, it would refer to the User Manual, where I, as a complete CCTV novice, would prefer to have an explanation what a Load Default or Scan Mode Period is
