  Thank you for the purchase and review Gary, there is a slight misunderstanding about the stickers, our CCTV Stickers start at .99 pence (our ref 002-0550) going up to £2.99 (ref 002-0540), we do also supply Outdoor Weatherproof Wall Signs with Pre-punched Holes from £4.67 which may have been mistaken for Stickers. But the instructions were woeful and the description of the receiver unit on the web-site was rather sketchy, so it is less capable than I had assumed. Subsequent email service to provide instructions was good but they should have been come with the product.

  Delivery is excellent, despite concerns about returns the company refunded my original costs excluding return postage and the only problem I had was with the quality of the goods. Some parts of a system did not work, others were poorly described and did not function as described and external units were of such poor manufacture that they would not have survived in the environment for which they were destined. Sad that what is a good company is dealing in such poor quality merchandise.

  The tracker I bought is excellent and fulfils all of the functions I could wish for. My only criticism would be towards the sensitivity of the fall alarm. There are 6 levels and even at the least sensitive it will often activate the alarm at what can be a brush or moderately heavy steps.

  Navigation around the site was quite logical and of course you could use the find function easily probably giving a quicker result. Once I had decided on my requirements, ordering them was straightforward and easy. Delivery was exactly as advised and was within 24 hours. Obviously that depends on when within the week you order but I ordered Monday and received goods on Tuesday. I did contact them by 'phone to enquire whether stock was available and a second time to check on one of the bollards - it was marked quite deeply. There was no hesitation, they came to my residence to swap for a new one. Communication was always easy, they were quick to respond and made sure that I was entirely satisfied. A very positive experience and I am very happy to recommend them.

  I run a block of flats in Cambridge with the usual issues relating to pressures on parking spaces (potential commuter abuse of private spaces), and occasional visits by passers-by to dump large items in or by our bins.   I had a problem mounting the PRI in that with the rubber cover in place the adjustable ball joint could not be tightened sufficiently to lock the mounting. The PRI would always tilt to its lowest position. I telephoned your technical dept seeking advice and was informed that I needed to get a thicker piece of rubber to replace the friction rubber washer supplied and that this problem had not come to light before. I was quite aghast at this being expected to modify a new piece of equipment! I said that if the parts supplied were indeed defective then these should be replaced by correctly operating parts. The operative then agreed to supply new parts, however to date these have not been received meaning that it is impossible for the equipment to be properly installed. AN URGENT REPLY WOULD BE APPRECIATED CONCERNING THE SUPPLY OF THE DEFECTIVE MOUNTINGS

  Mark - I emailed last week to say the parts had arrived and were satisfactory. What I was most disappointed about was that your operative, after denying any problem with the brackets, went on to tell me to ‘get’ some thicker rubber and do the necessary modification myself! Frankly, I find it very hard to believe that other customers have not suffered the same problem because the rubber washers fitted were simply not sufficiently adjustable to make the PIR stable.

  Dear Mr Butler Thank you for the email, I have to honestly say that we have sold these Alarms for over 8 years now in quite large quantities, and we have not had many issues at all to do with these brackets, obviously we have had issues with various parts over the years (but this will always happen on all products being sold).   Excellent product and excellent service. I have had a GSM PIR system in my motorhome (complete with 2 x remote wire free internal sirens) for 7 years without a single false alarm and it has worked every time I walk tested it. Remote setting fob packed in last month so needed a new one. I was please that the new one was compatible with my old system as quite often these days systems are upgraded and not backward compatible. Had a few queries on learning the fob in and got knowledgeable answers straight away. Highly recommended, 5 stars are not enough!! Keep it up guys!!

  This is the first time I’ve used UltraSecure direct.com. I had a couple of online discussions about various products with the team and I got great help from them - I even got an email at 07.30 in the morning answering the question I’d asked the previous evening. The products came as tracked items which is always a bonus. I couldn’t find the products I needed initially but I did receive such good help from the team at ultrasecuredirect and I found exactly what I needed. The alarms are perfect for my garage and shed and are far better quality than other products I’ve seen online and in store.

  Disappointed in wireless (800) driveway gate alert. Receiver, is made in China, feels cheap and flimsy. Set up was hit and miss with poor instructions. Can't be set to operate for more than 60 secs. which for my purposes is insufficient. Ultra Secure seemed like a good supplier compared the competition as they offer a comprehensive range although their prices are not cheap but they do respond to telephone calls. I made an expensive mistake with the package I ordered.

There is an optional 10 minute 12v DC Output on the Receiver which buzzers, sirens, LED's could be connected which may help with your requirement. We also have an Outdoor Receiver for this range of Alerts with fully adjustable time durations which may also help with your requirement.
