The size I ordered did not quite fit - the return was incredibly easy and the refund went without a hitch on Vilbrequin's receipt of the goods. The second pair of trunks which I ordered arrived within three days which was brilliant!

Horrible service. Free returns were promised on site and the customer service rep took 5-6 emails before telling I had to pay for the return myself.

For goods as expensive as Vilebrequin, I would appreciate not having to pay for the delivery and the return of merchandise for exchange due to wrong size. I am sure you could make an arrangement with a distributor in Canada to improve the customers’ experience.

I spent £250.00 and forgot to tick the gitt box so gift arrived with no box. I called to ask if I could have a gift box posted as this was a present and was told not possible. Very disappointing customer service. I ended up having to find a store that stocked Vilbrequin and they kindly helped but very unimpressed with online customer service.

I bought this for my picky husband. He absolutely loves it (the feel, the drape, the simplicity), but the pants only lasted him 4 months of wear...we had to patch one knee at 3 months and now a second patch is needed for the other knee. At this price, I expected the quality to be much, much better. May be we received a defective one...but I find it heard to justify repurchasing if it will only last us another 4 months.

Very high quality, beautifully designed bathing suit, however the torso was far too short and the deep v went too low. Returns are a hassle - have to pay $50 and of course you don’t get reimbursed for the shipping cost. Not great service but beautiful suits!
