  A great service from start to end. Hear my story: Bought Persol frames with Nikon progressive lenses - it took 1 week to make and then a couple of weeks to arrive to my address in Albania (they used colissimo/french post). Everything well packed. The frames and lenses were just amazing - wow. And, as far as I know, the best price u can get. I wasn't lucky though as there was a fitting issue with first lenses. I contacted and reported the issue and VisioFactory encouraged me to have them returned. As soon as I posted the item [at my own cost] I emailed them the return postage receipt and immediatly they ordered the new frames to Nikon, and when my return arrived they had already lenses ready to fit. This time the shipping proceeded faster and i got my glasses within 5 days or a week- with Colissimo. In addition to new lenses, VisioFactory provided me a larger frame size at no extra cost [they were at least 12 EUR more expensive than size I initially bought]. Great communication with them all the time. Special thanks to Francoise, their optician. Absolutely happy with the service and would fully recommend. And of course will always order my eyewear to VisioFactory. Well done!

  I only have good things to say about ordering on visiofactory. I ordered in the evening, the order was shipped the following morning and it arrived to Slovenia in 3 weekdays. Visiofactory is certified Ray-Ban store, and this can easily be verified on Ray-Ban website. The sunglasses I ordered were ~40% cheaper compared to the same pair at my local optician's. The sunglasses arrived in perfect condition and are definetly genuine. Would recommend visiofactory to anyone.
