  Great service. Glasses arrived within two days. I knew I would have to pay customs charges but it's the add on charges that bug me, currency conversion charges and courier charges for processing the duty charges. I do think it would be good if the whole bottom line price could be given. Having said that the Glasses where still 25% cheaper than the RRP. So Visiofactoy still get five stars for price and promt delivery.

  I was very skeptical at first, but after reading the reviews and speaking with the staff I was very much assured this purchase (made in Canada) was legitimate. I received the frames within a week and was blown away by the genuine quality of the Dior Frames I purchased. I cant thank the staff enough for offering these to international countries and I am grateful for all of assistance I was offered in the process.   Perfect condition! Great price. Will never buy in store if online prices are 30% cheaper, a no brainer. Delivery was fast but wished that there was an option for direct delivery to residential address also. Anyway, pick up location was relatively close to home and it was free so can’t complain too much. Competitive pricing made buying decision very easy!

Here are my points: 1. 100% original Randolph sunglasses but at a much lower price 2. Located in Europe, so saved high shipping costs and import duty from the USA 3. I initially received my item within 36 hours since I placed the order to Ireland 4. I made a mistake ordering a size too small. The return was hassle-free. I received my replacement within 24 hours to Ireland since they received the return from me (I was tracking the return shipment) 5. Excellent communication throughout the process each time.   I found some polarized Ray-bans on this site that were a lot more affordable compared to many other sites. The checkout was easy and logical, the order was shipped out quickly. Everything was in excellent condition when it arrived. Since the price was better than on other sites, I was a bit skeptical about their authenticity, but before ordering I checked the site out on Ray-ban’s homepage and saw that Visiofactory is a confirmed reseller. I have owned Ray-bans before and can confirm that they were indeed 100% original. Very good shopping experience and would recommend to others.
