  All pre sales was good, however the purchase took too long to arrive in my opinion. What is disgusting is the amount of money I had to pay to import customs, thinking it would be a small fraction of the cost of the purchase (€255), which is a lot in itself…I had to pay £50 to customs to get the item released and delivered. Upon emailing the company, the customer care wasn’t there…had I been made aware of the rough cost, I’d not have purchased. I asked as a gesture of goodwill from the company, if they could refund half the cost - this was just argued and then asked not to contact them again - shocking, from a smaller company that should champion customer service more than the large corporations. Terrible after service, I’d not buy from this company again.

  Glasses were delayed by a month. Customer support was unresponsive when contacted by email or instagram. I even considered that I was scammed. Only after calling by phone a couple times my order arrived. But the glasses were perfect and the price was good.

  The product is definitely authentic. However, I never ever received an item from your company at home. Therefore, I don’t pay for a door to door delivery but I have to go to the post office and waste 2 hours of my day. Moreover, I always end up paying taxes I wasn’t aware of in advance.

  I ordered at 1am on Monday morning and they were delivered to my house in Cork, Ireland on Tuesday afternoon. Well packaged. I saved over €50 (including the postage) by buying at Visiofactory.com compared to buying in a shop here in Cork and they were even cheaper than if I had bought them in Duty Free while on holidays. Will definitely be buying there again.

  I’ve tried to return the product for the refund due to the minor scratch on the body but they refuse it. They said I didn’t notify them first when received the sunglasses. Finally after I return to them , they send me back the same pair which of course with the scratch I didn’t do it. Moreover I have to paid for extra custom tax for the second time. Such a really bad experience on online shopping
