  Don was extremely helpful and did not rush me as I faultered while using the internet. This was very important for me, being of the older generation and not completely at ease with booking on line, whilst talking to someone trying to help me on my mobile.

  I am still waiting for a reply, I required 3 rooms, the system said 3 rooms available, I booked 2 rooms, went straight back on, to get the next room and it said unavailable, I tried and tried to book the 3rd room without success. I am waiting for a return call from Miracle. Our booking is useless without 3 rooms since there are 6 of us, and not 4 of us. Please keep me informed, otherwise we need to cancel. Thank you kindly.

  Great. The app sometimes doesn't load correctly, and it can be difficult to navigate the booking regarding with transport or without. We have travelled several times now with Voyage Prive, and overall have had a good experience.

  Overall I found booking with Voyage Prive a very good experience. However, I am a single traveller and dislike the single supplements that most hotels add for one person occupancy. I understand why they do it; they have to make money and cover their costs. I wonder if this could be flagged up on the website for each booking, before you get to the final price calculation. At the moment there is no way of telling if a hotel offers single person prices or not.

  NEED MORE OPTIONS ON YOUR DROP DOWN BOX FOR ADDITIONAL OPTIONS ONCE BOOKED. I WANTED TO BOOK A TABLE IN THEIR RESTURANT, BUT NO OPTION TO REQUEST THIS ON THE VOYAGE PRIVE SITE I WAS ASKED BY THE HOTEL WHEN WE ARRIVED IF WE WOULD LIKE TO DINE WITH THEM, I INFORMED THEM I ASKED IF THIS WAS AN OPTION, BUT DID NOT GET A RESPONSE, AND NO DROPDOWN BOX TO REQUEST THIS. NEEDLESS TO SAY OUR 3 NIGHT OF DINNING WERE IN ALL OUTSIDE RESTURANTS. SUCH A SHAME, AS BREAKFAST AT HOTEL WAS REMARKABLE.

  Like the added extras to the booking. Separating the flights and hotel. Also the travel protection. Usually check with he app before I book anywhere now. Only problem I had this time was the long time it took for the confirmation it became quite stressful after a point but eventually came through.

  OK but speaking to someone on the phone is an awful experience. Took 45 minutes - at huge expense to me do doubt - Sarah either could not operate her PC or your computer system is useless. She kept changing the prices and in the end I paid what was on my PC/ The only reason I rang was that my £100 credit had not been taken off automatically which is very bad.
