I had to make 6 photo's, defend my case with a statement and go through several steps on the website. In the end it all works, but other parties are much more customer friendly: 1 click in the order e-mail to print the return label and no questions asked.

Verified reviewi recieved the watch but i am unable to charge it i looked at a video on you tube looks to me bits the wrong charger for the phone have ordered a new charger and hopefully this will work otherwise will have to return the watch which i am very happy with

Verified reviewSite is legit and orders are sent quickly. Only ever bought conti tyres from them and they come in the genuine packaging, however that’s just stuffed in a plastic postage bag so will have some cosmetic damage to the package only when it arrives. Worth it for the cheaper price for me.

Verified reviewFell in love with the helmet but everyone was out of stock these guys finally had one back in my size so quickly ordered it! It came in reasonable time as described it was perfect but sadly only the 2nd time wearing it yesterday 10th August during race practice i had a big crash and this scott helmet is now made redundant sadly but it did save my life! Sadly need to buy a new one if I can get hold of one and find some money as now out of work 😭

So say the item was over packaged would be an understatement. Item was as described and fitted well. Price of item was far cheaper than any other site I could find. All and all a great experience. Verified reviewThe webshop is good, the selection of parts and various brands is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. You'd think everything would be perfect. But not everything is great; the delivery times are terrible. It often takes weeks and weeks to receive your order. I really hope this will improve soon.
