Verified reviewAwful customer services don’t revive the bike ans customer service told me I have to go through delivery company . I’m still waiting to hear back . Delivery company have said it is down to bikeinn to deal with the situation.

There is no proof of delivery just by hear say! I have been waiting weeks ! Absolutely appalling service and worst experience. You sent me and email saying it’s been delivered if that was the case then how come I haven’t received it shocking service. I will be sure never to order from this site again and definitely wouldn’t recommend you to friends awful experience I have had I wouldn’t want anyone to experience such an awful service . This was suppose to be my son’s birthday present we had waited that long I had to buy another one as he didn’t get one for his birthday and we are still waiting for this to be resolved which has shown it won’t be! So definitely recommended!
