Verified reviewEvery order with bikeinn is a different experience. This time my order came quickly and was correct which is fantastic. However, I tried and failed to spend my coins on this order due to a problem on the checkout page. The online chat took 3 days to respond and did not resolve the problem, which remains today. I keep coming back because of the wide product selection and keen prices but not if I am in a hurry, and I never believe the gear will arrive correctly until it is in my hands.

Verified reviewThere is an immense amount of products on sale with good prices. The translations to my native language Finnish is decent, which is of course not surprising. What could be better is the categorization of the products so that it would not be necessary to browse dozens of products to e.g. find the correct flavor of the certain product&size. All in all good experience, delivery and end-to-end handling. Could be better, but then again I understand that this area is not (yet) a priority in terms or providing a localized experience.
