Verified reviewOrdered items on 2 occasions from bikeinn, these parts came from Europe (Spain I think) and both times I had the item in roughly 3/4 days, the prices were cheaper than I could get them from the UK even with the £8 delivery and constant updates on my tracking link, Super service and I would purchase from bikeinn again, based on my 2 purchases from them I would recommend them, I was purchasing snapit pannier items, best price and great delivery. Verified reviewWhat makes this site bad is when an order goes wrong (incorrect item sent in my case), you have to reorder the item you wanted at your additional delivery cost, which means you pay twice for delivery. Customer services are unwilling to help the customer out!

Thanks, however, you won't be able to cure this issue unless your mistakes are paid at your expense, not the customers. What you will need to do in the type of scenario I experienced, is to change your policies so that the 'customer comes first' is reflected.
