Opening a return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to complain about some problems related to the order you received. I am unable to return the product as the site does not support mobiles. All I require is one outer locking ring for the grips. As one was missing, very simple. I keep getting the standard reply from multiple team members. No one has a clue despite sending pictures. I need either...a replacement ring for my grip. Or a postal address emailed to me to return the item it's that simple!
