Verified reviewI bought an mtb rear wheel (mavic crossmax), straight forward to order and delivery was prompt unfortunately they delivered the wrong axle size ie 110mm instead of 100mm, simple mistake but there returns procedure has been unacceptable and as yet still not returned even after 9 pictures requested by them of the wheel and packaging??????. My advise is do not use this company because of there quality control and mainly after sales.
