Actual website was good. But the delivery service was poor . I order these as gift for the 10th of November and they never got delivered. It said they he been delivered and the no signature was taken or no proctors to show where the parcel had been left

My straighteners came with the plastic around the buttons hanging off, I had to super glue brand new straighteners which I'm not very happy with at all, other than that they are very good products
