Verified reviewTook weeks (not 2-4 business days) to get my order. One of the four samples came separately and looked like a small (3x5 inches) piece of the actual wallpaper. Hard to tell what it looks like from the sample though. The other three samples are… I don’t actually even know what to call them. They are not samples of the wallpaper but rather renderings/pretend small pieces of something. I give up.

Verified reviewEtoffe was wonderful from start to finish. I had purchased a sample up the wallpaper from a US company, but Etoffe's price was so much better per role, plus free shipping from France, whereas the US companies were charging shipping on top of the much higher price already. Well the US color names for the wallpaper were different than the names from Etoffe's website, so I wasn't sure what color to order to get the color of the sample that I had. So I contacted Etoffe's custer service and they were very quick to respond and were very kind and helpful. Wonderful experience, I would order from them again in a heartbeat! I am so grateful to have found them after much searching to find a decent price on the wallpaper.
