The delivery details were not filled completely and therefore I was not able to received the delivery since the address provided is to a warehouse place and if not filled correctly it would not arrive to the proper receiver. I missed the terms by not obtaining the parcel on time. VERY DISSAPOINTED, I would not recommend your store. THE RECEIVER DETAILS MUST BE ALWAYS FILLED AS PROVIDED.

They helped me pick the right snowboard to suit me and I’m so happy with it! The boots came up a little small but returning them and ordering a new pair was so simple. Can’t rate them highly enough.

Verified reviewI ordered a pair of skis and a snowboard. The skis arrived in time and correct. The snowboard is still to arrive. It’s been stuck with Evri since Saturday the 12th October. I am still waiting for a replacement to be sent and it’s the 23rd today! Not very responsive to emails or the chat system. Not very good
