Verified reviewI ordered a pair of pants but was sent a different product. On inspection I noticed that the label did not match the correct order number. I told customer services and it transpired that another customer received my order. We subsequently then had to post the parcels to each other as the transporter would not pick up and make the correct delivery. Refund of postage was slow process as Glisshop could not credit my original card. Most internet sites/ transactions can do this. Overall no problem with the product but delivery process was slow, wrong and laborious to deal with. Not sure I would order again. Next time directly with the brand.
