    Glisshop was super helpful and easy to use. Made building spec for my skis really easy and simple to do. Customer service was great when I double checked I had measured my boots correctly for binding dimensions. Delivery was swift and efficient.

    Great selection of products, fast delivery. Just wasn't aware of the return cost £40 which was very high, I could buy the same Helmet in UK for the same price (or cheaper).

    Skis arrived damaged due to poor packaging, the bindings had also been mounted incorrectly and were not square to the ski. Although customer service were reasonably helpful they didn’t seem to understand my concerns and took too long to reply to emails.

    AVOID IF YOU’RE UK BASED! very misleading customer service and the return policy is essentially a scam. They charged me £20 shipping when I bought a ski helmet and then another £40 to return it because it didn’t fit! £60 wow wow wow
