Verified reviewI've been a Glishop customer for almost a decade, but sadly this has now ended. If I could give a zero I would. I completed several orders from the UK, however, one of my packages never made it to my home, and it got returned to France, and is now being returned back to the UK. I'm yet to receive my products and this whole process has taken well over a month. I returned another product as it was the wrong size, and after having to pay for the return delivery, I was then treated to being refunded £15.00 less than what I paid for the product. Customer Service throughout this process has been particularly unhelpful, or quick to offer solutions such as resending the same goods whilst the others were returning to sender. This is probably largely affected by Brexit, but it appears Glishop has given up its UK customers.
