Your parcel has been shipped on the 9th of december and it seems that DPD had some issues with the shipping so it was returned to us on the 26th of december. We shipped it again on the 28th of december and it has been delivered to you on the 5th of January. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by our courier. If you decide to trust us again with another order, do not hesitate to contact us by phone at 020.31.29.33.01 or by email at info@glisshop.com if you have any trouble with the delivery so we will contact DPD and do our best so the delivery can be done as quick as possible.     Ordered a pair of goose down gloves for skiing, due to having Raynuads. Arrived on time, excellent quality material and of course the goose down lining. Website was very easy to use, great choice of products, and lots of choice for everyone. I would recommend Glisshop to purchase your ski wear.
