Verified reviewI’ve had your products for 7 years now and very happy. I always have to buy extra pads due to very bad incontinence and you are always there for me as my back up. It’s not always easy to get through on the phone and I prefer to speak to someone rather than rely on the internet. Thank you Ontex for getting pads delivered rapidly when I need them.

Verified reviewOrdering and paying on the site was easy as always, however, when the parcel arrived one of the three bags of pants inside was about a quarter hanging out of the parcel. Two bags of pants were fine. The third bag (mentioned above) was attached to where the parcel closed, and I ripped the bag getting it off. I don't know if it is an automated machine or an actual human being who closes these parcels, but they need to improve. It's just as well that the pants were for me, and I'll be starting them soon, as I couldn't have passed them on to anyone else. This is the first EVER problem I've had with id-direct.com. I'm sorry, folks! :(

Verified reviewPlacing and paying for the order was relatively simple apart from my not being able to specify I did not want my order left with ANY of my neighbours, but in my secure place. Customers should be able to specify 'do not leave with ANY neighbour' when a secure place has been specified. I asked for discrete packaging and the tape on the top of the box had, at sometime been removed, and the contents were visible.

Verified reviewSite was fairly easy to navigate. We bought direct from Ontex to try the product before getting bulk delivery from the NHS. Unfortunately the product itself was not good. The tabs tear off very easily and don't stick well. The material feels very plasticcy.and also tears very easily. The side flaps are very deep so they end up wrapped around the top of the thigh which is irritating to the wearer.
