Verified reviewI use the website which is OK no real problems. My order is received and I get confirmation of the purchase. Then the carrier notifies me of the delivery date and approximate time. The only downside is the carrier often says "Left parcel in the Porch" We don't have a porch, we only have a walk way which is a thoroughfare to all and sundry. Fortunately we haven't had any stolen to date.

Verified reviewappalling, delivery box was so bashed and squashed it was open and you could see the contents of the box, a large amount of tape at been applied to to box but no attempt has obviously been made to try and close the box, so much so the products were slightly wet. quite distressing to get an open box considering what the products inside were.

Verified reviewNot impressed. The order, placed 13 days ago, has not been delivered by dpd local despite my complaint to Ontex. This has left my elderly mother who has dementia in a humiliating situation. These products are essential for some of the most vulnerable people. They should be delivered according to instructions and not simply left at the couriers hub with no means for the customer to contact them.
