Product and service are fine but the delivery is left at the downstairs office despite instructions to deliver directly to flat door or resident. Customer mobility is poor and the office management are not reliable enough to bring product upstairs promptly enough.

Would use them again places a order they didn't even contact me to say they where out of stock when after 5 days I contacted them they said they were waiting on stock if I could hold off for another few days or refund so I decided to wait give them a chance but that time came and went so I contacted them again to just refund my mums money they said they still weren't in stock and refunded mums money now I need to wait on her money going into her account won't be using them again
