Verified reviewThe website and buying experience was very smooth, and everything clicked through as one would expect. The pictures of the numerous packs made that easier. Only my failing eyesight made it a bit more difficult to navigate. The ID Tracker said I would receive this parcel on29/8/25 . In fact, this order was delivered at 1715 on 28 August 2025! Originally on placing this order, I received very quickly, a notice that my order was delayed in transit.The dreaded Notice of Doom. Then I suddenly got a notice from DPD (or their local distributor) that it would be delivered on Thursday 28 August , 1700 - 1800. On a previous occasion, I have received the "parcel delayed in transit" notice, but on that occasion the delivery got "lost". So I expected a similar outcome. So I was happy that the delivery took place a day earlier than the ID tracking number. Odd, and seems like two systems are not completely talking to one another. On this occasion, Everything went smoothly, though I would advise that customers either1) build up stocks or 2) never rely on deliver companies understanding the urgency and need of their consignee. ID understand, but once the order is consigned, AI takes over.
