Verified reviewI have not received it sadly. I have sent a message to Pylones on chat but had no response. I have missed my friend's birthday. Just tried to send another message and it would not send online. Beautiful products but really bad service on this occasion.

Yes i don’t usually leave reviews and you don’t have to post this or the previous rating, i just genuinely felt that having ordered a gift on the 30 and then had no update on why it was taking so long, contacted you on the 10th before flying to France and then not hearing back from you until the 16th and that was only once i had posted this review then seemed to get things resolved, it wasn’t ideal as i missed her birthday as a result of it being delayed. These things happen and hopefully it has been delivered now, she got two gifts in the end!

Verified reviewI love the mini purse that I bought. I purchased two when I was in Paris, and liked it so much that I decided to purchase another one as a gift to be mailed to the US. I paid US$11 for the purse, and US$19.98 for delivery. I just recently received an extra bill for $27 from FedEx, the US company that delivered it to my home. The extra charge was for duty tax. Had I known I was going to be charged an additional $27 on top of the $19 I was already paying for delivery, I most likely would not have ordered an $11 purse to be shipped from Paris to my house. But I love the store, and I love the items that I purchased while I was in Paris!

As stated in our Terms and Conditions of Sale, which you accepted when placing your order, our orders are shipped from France, and any order delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, or import duties. These additional charges are set and collected directly by the customs authorities of the country of delivery and are therefore payable by the recipient. These charges are not collected by Pylones. This customs clearance procedure is systematic, independent of our services, and is a mandatory step prior to delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
