Verified reviewI'd rather give no stars!! Customer service is abysmal. I've contacted them twice regarding a mini fan that doesn't work. They have not responded. Customer Service line is in French only. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU CAN SPEAK FRENCH.

Verified reviewWhen I placed my order I chose free delivery through Chronopost. Unfortunately my order was held up at customs in the US and then when it was finally delivered I got a bill for $39 from FedEx. That was more than if I had just paid for shipping through Pylones.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions of Sale, which you accepted when placing your order, our orders are shipped from France, and any order delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, or import duties. These additional charges are set and collected directly by the customs authorities of the country of delivery and are therefore payable by the recipient. These charges are not collected by Pylones. This customs clearance procedure is systematic, independent of our services, and is a mandatory step prior to delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

Verified reviewDespite giving the impression of it being a UK Webshop quoting in GBP not EUR, where you expect then extra taxes/cost being factored in as either other French vendors, I got a notification to pay taxes on top. Despite loving the products I cancelled the order (the other option, if you did not want to pay the extra costs, which should have been given before actually ordering it!) still waiting for my notification that the cancellation and my refund. This is really a misleading “UK” website and has clearly not been thinking of everything as they say. And the order was not small.
