Verified reviewLove Pylones! Visited the store in Prague two years ago where I purchased a thermal bottle. I did so again at the store in Cologne last month. My wife bought a bread knife but unfortunately forgot it was in her carry on so it was confiscated at the airport. So we ordered a replacement on line. I took the opportunity to purchase another thermal bottle. The order arrived quickly and we are both very happy customers.

Verified reviewReceived a damaged item, reached out to customer service immediately after taking pictures as requested by the online form. First of all, you can only attach ONE picture, which in my case was not sufficient to explain the problem. Secondly, 3 days later, no one reached out to me yet and I am not holding my breath someone will. Very disappointed.
