Verified reviewOrder arrived 2 days after latest stated delivery date. This is an important factor when customers place orders. The running shoes were either tried on in the shop or returned by a previous customer with no attempt to repackage them to make them presentable for the next customer, which could explain the low price. The trainers, however, are fine, as they should be. I gave only two stars because of the two other areas where the retailer fell short.

Verified reviewParcel went missing before I received it. I went through Royal Mail lost parcel process and provided the details but they won’t issue a refund until the parcel is received back at their reruns centre … what part of missing don’t they understand!

Unfortunately I haven’t been reimbursed the the £5.99 postage cost and it has taken a substantial number of emails to get my money back a month after placing the order. I won’t be buying from this retailer again.
