Verified reviewthe problem I have is not with the products or ordering, in fact I was pleased and surprised with the speed of delivery considering its warehouse being over seas. The main issue is with customer service, no phone number and only an online bot to contact which very quickly becomes frustrating at its level of knowledge, then again what can you expect of automation. The shoes sent to me were not the right size and I wanted to swap them, this was made very difficult by the responses I got from Mr Automated robot, the follow up emails were then sent in German; I like a challenge and try not to complain but after 30 minutes of back and forth not in my own mother tongue frustrated at Google translate I gave up and have persevered without the correct size. The company are prompt, provide competitive pricing on high end sports products, the only let down is the difficult customer service, or lack of!!
