Fick inte info om det och när första paketet så fick jag ett mejl att hela beställningen var levererad. Så fick kontakta kundtjänst som var ganska krånglig innan jag fick svaret att det kommer ett paket till. Lite onödigt krångel med leveransen alltså.

Verified reviewThe order sizing was confusing, I thought I had ordered a size 16, I received a 14 which is too small. I wanted to return it for a larger size but cost of postage to send it back was £11.69. I thought I would phone but got through to an answer phone in Spanish, so not happy

Thank you for responding. I wanted to swap my item for a larger size, but there wasn’t an option to do so without paying for the return which I was not willing to do. I will try to sell it to reclaim some of the cost of the costume as it is of no use to me. Kind regards Joan Saunders

Verified reviewHave been using TradeInn in all its forms (SwimInn in this case) for a number of years. From the UK and now delivery to Croatia and find it has a wide selection of goods available, usually at decent prices. They deliver to a pick-up point which is helpful when you're moving around and they also recently seem to have included 'add to existing order' which is a useful feature. They strike me as a company that is on the case and looking to improve its service on an ongoing basis i.e. not standing still. I don't know if they support Barcelona or Real Madrid but I guess that is totally irrelevant.
