  Probably the only point not made clear on the website was that the vanity unit actually needs to be drilled to accommodate the waste and taps which fine if you have a holes saw - otherwise you would have to buy.

  Great Experience, bought item when they had a sale on, subsequently, before item had been dispatched, they had a further discount on the item, I called them up and they refunded the difference instantly with no quibble. Item delivered on time and comms with the delivery company, BJs, was excellent throughout. Excellent quality furniture.

  Absolutely no problems, despite the ongoing Covid problems at the moment. Delivery was stated as being within 3 weeks and it arrived exactly 3 weeks to the date. The item was well packaged and was exactly as described. I guess the only minor thing you could say was that it was delivered by only one delivery driver when it probably should have been a two man job. I presume Covid was responsible for that being the case. Not a problem as I was able to help the guy but might have been tricky he been delivering to someone who wasn't able to lend a hand.

  We ordered orientalists bed side units, they were beautifully made, very solid and looked expensive. The only problem was that they were very small next to a standard sized bed. We had to return them unfortunately. Would definitely order from Tikamoon again in the future!

  Took months to arrive, when it did the metal bar across the front was bent and damaged. Dusty condition. Over priced for the service and condition it arrived in. Grateful for the delivery charge refund though.

  Excellent transaction. Beautiful items, I am delighted with everything I received. Tikamoon kept me informed of delivery; and my furniture turned up from abroad despite the challenges posed by Coronavirus. They did everything safely and I can highly recommend. You may have to wait 4 month for something you have ordered, but it will be worth it.

  The shelf came very late which is absolutely acceptable given COVID however it was mouldy which I have photos of. It has obviously been stored in a damp warehouse as the white fuzz was all over it.

  Ordering was easy, nice web site. Delivery even on time and dropped off great.. THEN I opened the box!😳 My table must have been made in a back alley in Nepal! Cheap wood, chipped, indented, and supposed to be black like on the site but nooo! Mahogany. Got a very small refund which I spent on sand paper and a tin of BLACK paint.. table for exactly where I needed it so accepted small refund and sorted it.. even changed the tatty handle. Well done Nepal bob the local veg crate artist. Good job all round.. 🤔😏

  Ordering was easy and the item came fairly quickly. The item itself (a bamboo clothes ladder) is okay, but the holes that had been drilled in order to attach the two pieces together had resulted in shards of bamboo falling out of the inside of the ladder all over the carpet which was difficult to remove and dangerous as they were quite sharp. In addition, the item is not particularly sturdy once the two pieces are joined and the plugs provided are not stained the same colour as the item itself so look a bit ugly. Overall it could have been made a bit better.
