  To be honest I don't really want to write this review because I love the items we have received from Tikamoon so much that I don't want others to know!! But I know it's good to share ...So far we've had an oak vanity sink unit and mirror for our downstairs toilet and a teak vanity sink unit, tower and mirrored bathroom cabinet for our ensuite. I love all the items and the quality is excellent. Ordering from the website was easy and we took advantage of special offers. If I've ever had any queries the response from the customer services team has always been quick, helpful and personal. I was a bit fed up when the website said 10 day delivery but the items didn't actually arrive until after 2 weeks but this was mainly due to my desperation to receive them. Both times the firm delivering the items have been delightful. If you want something a bit different to give your rooms personality then I wholeheartedly recommend Tikamoon. It's not the cheapest but you feel as if you've purchased a proper piece of furniture not something found in 100s of other homes.

  Absolutely fantastic customer service, would highly recommend these. We had a problem with a marble basin, tiny chip and they gave us three options, return and send a new one, refund us half our money back or send us a voucher of £75. The basin only cost £99 brilliant service. Linda

  I am a professional residential contractor. We bought a variety of bathroom sinks, vanity cabinets for a client in one of our residential projects, as it was their choice. The materials are of good quality. Some sinks are an absolute hit for the price. Delivery did not take place on the designated day, one vanity unit was damaged. Not going 4 starts because of the brilliant customer service. Will definetely buy and recommend.

  I ordered a console table and made a mess of inputting discount code which resulted in making two orders by mistake. After contacting Tikamoon they were prompt to reply and helpfully sorted my mistake. Unfortunately the table was damaged on delivery. Although disappointing, Tikamoon offered a variety of options to refund, repair or replace the item. I guess this is one of the downsides of ordering online but can’t fault Tikamoon for their service. The table is now out of stock so I’m waiting for it to come back in, reflected in my rating.

  Love Tikamoon, things you can’t find elsewhere. Quality is very good, prices generally on a par with giant retailers and no wobbly flat pack finish. Customer service is excellent. Would definitely recommend.

  Unit looks great, unfortunately it came with the shelves stuck beneath the door hinges; so the only way to unwrap them and take out of the unit was to physically take the doors of the unit off. Silly mistakes made at manufacture but a right pain in the backside when you spend over £400 for a ready assembled piece of furniture. Written to customer services but never heard back.

  Excellent customer service except for when their communication lines appeared to crash. It took 3 working days before anyone picked up the phone and emails not answered. But as soon as I was able to speak with them everything became super efficient again. It was unfortunate that I had to return the basin ordered because it was lovely just didn’t go with our new bathroom. Would use them again.

  Two of the components were too long by around a centimetre which resulted in me having to navigate a fix in order to construct the table. There was simply no way that the horizontal struts were going to fit. It caused me an enormous amount of time - and patience - to fix it and whilst the table looks very nice, I am aware that one or two of the components underneath the service are under enormous stress.

  A great product. It's very lightweight but looks chunky and sturdy! It's soon weighed down with towels or blankets if needed. I've used it as a towel holder in our bathroom. This is my 3rd purchase from Tikamoon - a very happy customer!

  The tv stand is very beautiful. But It came with a defect. Tikamoon were amazing from start to finish, going above and beyond to make sure it was rectified. Would not hesitate to shop with them again.

  I purchased the Josef 50 x 50 round mirror. The quality is excellent and it looks very stylish in my bathroom. Very good value for money, as it feels and looks expensive. I love it!

  Quite happy with the purchase- no complaints. Delivery was quick and to doorstep. Assembly was easy - taking less than 30mins including taking apart the packaging for recycling. Has been a much needed addition to my room in these COVID times when working from home has become a daily reality.
