  Easy to order and quick delivery. Courier company tried to do as minimum as possible but we persuaded them to be reasonable in the end. If Covid does not allow items to be carried in, they should not accept the jobs for you.

  Very slow delivery with no updates until chased for them. Double headboard size is EU not UK so is far too wide and no means of attaching to frame even if headboard were the correct size.

  Thank you for your review. At the time of placing your order, the headboard was out of stock and had a 6 week delivery time. This information was shown on our wesbite, together with the exact sizing of the headboard. As with all our headboards, there are no attachments or fittings, the headboard is simply free standing between the bed and wall. We are sorry for your disappointment

  We found tikamoon on the Internet when looking for a one off style display cabinet. We found a product we were happy with and proceeded. Delivery time and procedure was excellent, as was after sale customer services as I had a few questions. Overall I would used again.

  Before placing the order I called them to confirm the exact colour of the TV stand I was interested in buying, and I got a very helpful response. As requested I got pictures emailed to me of how the product looked in real life in the homes of other customers. So the customer service was very good.

  I ordered the Galet Nobu Pebble washbasin as I wanted a light coloured basin and understand every item will be different but the colour was nothing like the photo on the website. I have a dark grey basin which isn’t the colour I would have hoped for.

  Although I am happy with the collete headboard, it is not clear on the site or the product information that you are not able to attach the head board to the wall. It must sit on the floor behind your bed. The logistics just don’t work very well. I’ve decided to keep it however, for future customers you should make it clearer in the product description.

Due to COVID-19, Direct Deliveries (our third party delivery company in Northern Ireland), have been experiencing difficulties. Unfortunately they have not been able to provide their high standard of service over the last couple of months. Our direct delivery partner and working together with them, to try to resolve this.

  Dealing with Tikamoon has been really easy, the website is great and the telephone customer service is quick and personal - no big phone menus to navigate, you actually speak to a person immediately. However, our bathroom cabinet order arrived badly damaged twice - our first order had been dropped on it's top corner causing the sleek profile of the cabinet to be destroyed - our second attempt at the order had been dropped so hard that the whole cabinet was completely out of shape. Customer service apologised and we are awaiting our refund. Weeks of waiting to get nowhere. Customer service said they were reviewing theor packaging approach - and oh boy they need too. 3 out of 5 - nice product and customer service, lousy packaging and dreadful transit and handling. Collections by courier were fast and courteous. Unfortunately I wouldn't shop with Tikamoon again, which is unfortunate as their teak bathroom stuff looks really nice.

  I ordered two matching sideboards and a TV unit. One sideboard arrived in 6 weeks, exactly as described, nice piece of furniture; the second sideboard and TV unit arrived later under separate cover, unfortunately damaged. Options given to me were £200 disc to keep (not an option as damage was too noticeable), refund or replace. I'd have preferred a replacement but as there was no incentive by way of discount for the inconvenience (and the fact TM were offering 20% off all sideboards at this point!) I returned both items for refund. Would've been a good experience all round (incl delivery arrangements) just a shame the goods were damaged.

  The site is fine and the selected TV Cabinet is a true likeness of the delivered product. I found the customer reviews invaluable in making my final decision. It was very important to know that the cabinet comes unfinished and needs protection via an oil or varnish. Choosing the right finish is to individual taste and I’m still not fully decided on this.

  I bought the Twist Tikamoon sideboard and I’m so happy with the quality and uniqueness of this beautiful craftsmanship. It also works well as an occasional stand up desk. It is the best piece of furniture I’ve bought in a long time and far exceeded my expectations.

  after an initial mix up with the order which was satisfactorily dealt with by tikamoon we received the sideboard but am a little disappointed in the product. we had to adjust the door so that it would shut properly and there appears to be a water stain in the cupboard on the bottom shelf. I have not contacted customer services regarding this.

  This is actually a nice little TV cabinet for the money. The doors are a bit wobbly, and it's not finely made, but has a nice midcentury feel. I would however urge you to buy a can of clear wax to treat the wood after you have assembled the unit (which is very easy). It transforms it from an untreated, rather rough looking product to a much nicer piece of furniture. And it protects the wood from water damage. So yes, needs a little bit of TLC, but will be worth it. I used FIDDES SUPREME JACOBEAN WOOD WAX - 400ML which was good when the smell disappeared. Delivery and service from this company was fine, even under COVID lockdown. Wld recommend.
