  The delivery information was not current. Information about Covid-19 was on there but it also clearly stated delivery could be to the first floor room of your choice. Sadly when I received information about delivery the company would only deliver to the doorstep. We had ordered an extremely heavy wardrobe! When I checked back to see if the delivery information on Tikamoon’s website had been updated to reflect this it still stated delivery could be ti a first floor room! Finally after a further 2/3 week delay we have now had our order delivered successfully.

  Thank you for your feedback. During the restrictions we did have relavent information on our website via a COVID-19 Update, which explained our shipping partner were unable to deliver beyond the first floor hallway. This information was located at the top of our website so it could be easily spotted. We are sorry to hear you were not aware of the restrictions at the time, and had an additional wait to receive your order.

  Covid 19 meant that my console table ordered and paid for in January 2020 didn’t arrive until July. However now that it is here I am pleased with its quality. Customer services and the delivery process was faultless. It’s good to wait for good things in life sometimes.

  Great website and high quality product. It did have a couple of scuffs on it but I was able to clean it up. But the actual wood and mirror really good. I love the chunky teak and the fact the mirror doesn't bend the image like many do. The only issue was the box arrived a bit battered and the delivery driver wouldn't agree to watch while I opened it. He could have done 2 metres away. Also he lied and said the box was not damaged on arrival, so I would use a different delivery company tbh.

  Really helpful - product arrived 1-2 months earlier than expected which was great although it was damaged. This was fine as the staff were so helpful (much more so than other companies) and their responses were realistic and resulting in the problem being solved quickly.

  May I ordered a hall stand from Tikamoon and before the order was processed, I was advised that delivery would be in September. We accepted this timescale. Last week, we were told that delivery could be made this week and were happy to accept an earlier date. We were given regular updates (email and SMS) on the progress of the item and it was delivered within the expected time window. The delivery driver was great. The item itself was well packaged.

  Other than a long lead time lengthened (understandably!) as a result of Covid-19 a very good experience. Good ongoing communication kept me informed.   I have a number of pieces from tikamoon and always forget how badly finished their wooden furniture is each time a piece comes; glue runs, unsanded corners, no finish applied. Just finished 4 hours of rubbing down a vanity unit and applied a coat of oil. The hardware, such as hinges and runners are also very cheap and should be replaced. I would still buy from them but it would be nice it the furniture was sanded to 240grit for you to then apply your own finish

  The site itself is easy to use but the item I ordered did not have as many photos as most of the other items on there so hard to know if it was what I wanted. Maybe a new item hence the lack of photos but still should have more photos like other items if it's on the site to purchase. The delivery company was not the greatest but it did luckily arrive in one piece even though packing was damaged but was well packed internally. I ordered over £1000 of items one being over £800 alone and for that price I would expect the item to be top quality. It is of a good quality but I was expecting better. The doors were not squarely aligned and neither are the drawers. Doors I maybe able to adjust but cant see anywhere to adjust drawers. Also seems as though there may have been slight chip in the oak and it has just been filled with some kind of putty that's not even the same colour. Its not in an area you would see that much but its still there. It had its quality control stamp on the item so I suppose that's good enough for them. Maybe I am expecting too much? Tikamoon does have good products style wise hence why I used them and their prices reflect this but I was just expecting the item to be immaculately put together. Apart from that it all seemed fine. Is 3 stars a bit harsh, maybe, but I would give 3.5 if the reviews allowed. As my first time ordering from them I wouldn't say it was an amazing experience but if they had something that I liked design wise I probably would order from them again. Just bare in mind that some items have 3 or 4 weeks wait time or longer. Mine had 3 weeks and they did deliver in that time frame.

  Quality of furniture was very poor for the price. Furniture damaged on delivery and showed cardboard nature of interior. The filter they use for their website distorts the colour of what you are buying

  I would have given excellent but unfortunately the first pair of stalls where damaged. They arrived in unsatisfactory packing and parts where missing, when I reported the state of the stools I was offered a discount to keep them! Who wants damaged goods? If I didn’t know better I would suggest they where a return. On receiving the replacement which was very prompt I am overjoyed with the product. The stools are both very good quality and great design, they look very stylish at my breakfast bar. I will shop with Tikamoon again but hope to not have to go through the same aggravation.

  I have order the same console twice both had to be returned as damaged. 8 weeks for first order 3 for second order so disappointed as perfect size for what I needed but reluctant to reorder as feel it will happen again .
