  Ordered a vanity unit and cupboard. Arrived but realised around a week before that the dimensions were too big for the bathroom (I hadn’t appreciated just quite how wide it was!). Phoned and spoke to a lovely lady and ordered a smaller one which is lovely and organised a refund for the first one. Guys came in less than a week to collect free of charge and refund was completed the next day without question. Fantastic service and gorgeous products-would definitely use again.

  Really easy to use website, great service when one of our items arrived damaged through transit. We waited a long time for the items which we knew we would be then they arrived quicker than we thought and the quality of the items was better than expected.

  great products and prices, shame that the delivery company would not deliver upstairs during local lock downs, i would advise that they do not deliver large and heavy items at such times, it's very difficult to then arrange for some else to do it.

  Completely hassle free shopping experience. Unfortunately the tables I ordered didn’t suit the room colour scheme so had to return them. Incredibly straightforward and at no extra cost. Great customer service. Furniture seemed good quality.

  Absolutely love the wash basin unit. Workmanship is of top class and always packaged well when delivered. Goods are expensive but you pay for the quality. Second purchase of Tikamoon goods and it will not be the last.

  I was not informed when my item would be delivered, my house is currently vacant and therefore a kind neighbour held the large heavy item for multiple days. When I opened the packing the table was broken, the two sides had cracked exposing sharp nails and glue. The biggest disappointment wasn’t the broken table it was the fact nail had been used in this rather expensive item, the workmanship of the join was horrendous and shoddily done. I would not recommend this product or any other products from this company simply due to the quail try produced, there’s more reputable alternatives out there, sadly Tikamoon is all style and no substance.

  This company is absolutely outstanding. I had several returns (my own fault from incorrect measurements) and they made the whole process so easy. No quibble, so efficient and free! The furniture that I have is beautiful. I can not recommend them highly enough.

  The sideboard was not as high quality as previous items. It said not assembly required’ but actually it did require some assembly. Then when it arrived it was badly damaged. Whilst the service team were very helpful and presented a number of options, the whole process took a long time and ended with no sideboard so it has taken longer to finish the room than is ideal.

  The product was of fine quality but turned out to be too large for the space for which it was envisaged. We therefore ordered a smaller version and took advantage of Tikamoon's return and full refund policy. The item was collected on a day and at a time specified, free of charge it should be said, and the refund was actioned within 48 hours. This was exceptional customer service and I would recommend this company and their products highly and without reservation.

  The product itself is stunning! ...but was disappointed with having to pay so much extra for delivery to Northern Ireland in the first place, but then three weeks from dispatch to delivery was also frustrating - if BJS don’t even deliver off the mainland then why use the to start? Any customer service emails were quick with responses, and I appreciated the help at checkout with PayPal.

  Very easy to navigate site, see other people's reviews of the product I was interested in and place my order. The bowl was delivered within the three week window advised on the site and was really well packaged. I was notified by the delivery company when it had been dispatched and could track its journey. The only issue I could point out is that the delivery company didn't specify what day it was to be delivered on. It just so happened I was in so it wasn't a problem for me but could be for somebody else.

  I am great fan of Tikamoon and their products. I am even more so impressed with their customer service skills. The Tikamoon team are simply too kind and thoughtful of the customer. I can guarantee that if you are not happy with anything , or it simply doesnt appear as you thought it would in your room, Tikamoom is more than happy to accomodate. Tikamoon is very efficient as an organisation, they respond within 24 hours of your emails. I would always invest in an Organisation like Tikamoon. Other retailers need to learn from Tikamoon how to offer great customer satisfsction without any kind of fuss. I have purchased a Tv cabinet, side board and nestling tables.   I ordered a tv stand and coffee tables from tikamoon, the quality of all of these products was exceptional. The customer service team are also extremely professional and the one lady I spoke to via email really went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend tikamoon to anyone.

  When met with a damaged vanity unit (the courier) I immediately rang Tikamoon customer services - they were prompt courteous apologetic and arranged a replacement and collection of the vanity unit with in a few days. I would only advise 2 man delivery as the items are expensive and heavy.

  Excellent product, beautiful piece of furniture. Delivery was very fast and painless. Communication during the stages of delivery was also satisfactory. However it wasn't packaged very well and it came with a deep scratch on the top. We're shielding so we didn't want to deal with a return so put it up as it is and trying to hide with a vase on top. It will do. Just disappointing.

  I really like the site , my only concern was not been able to have my table delivered to my home , as I live on an 🌴, Because my mum lives on the mainland I had an address to use but otherwise it would have been a sale lost and obviously going to make me think twice about ordering again .

  Ordered a teak vanity unit and a mirrored wall cabinet. Both absolutely beautiful. Varnished ourselves with quick drying satin varnish and they look absolutely beautiful – they look much more expensive than they were and have given our ensuite a real boutique hotel feel.
