  Customer service was outstanding, they were so helpful when I was unhappy with the item. Delivery, and collection was also great. However, the Karl unit is completely unfit for bathroom use (any water spilled sits in the slats and stains) and is of very poor quality (splinters all over the place). I received a replacement unit and it had exactly the same issues.

  Received my juno table top it was much much darker than the illustration shown of the top so was the legs on Tikamoon web site also top surface had swirling effect took me long time to clean it off pictures of it would not show this only the eye could see it has the reflection of natural light was distorting the pictures that was taken with my phone camera. This product is not one of you would probably want to return because of the weight of it and packing of it up as it came with a wooden frame for protection. Some of the light chippings in the surface are slightly rised giving the effect in Natural light as being a lot higher than they are. Overall mainly disappointed but Will have to live it has the stress of it all get to much . Ps:- will say though have dealt with Tikamoon customers services before and gave them five 🌟 they are excellent. Larry

It just that every time I purchase from yourselves ! it seems I have to do rectify a problem or problems with the furniture it would be nice just to unpack the items and start to admire them or use them without doing the above, we have purchased a lot from you in the last couple of months as my account will show this,we will always spend a little bit extra on quality hoping that’s what will arrive the products are good but fall down when I have to work on them which the comments in the past will show I had to do .Hope these reviews will not only help others but deal with companies you purchase the products from up their quality control.   Nice website, lovely products, 15% discount available at time I was ordering. Delivery prompt and communication excellent. Only downside is £50 is incredibly expensive for delivery, especially when already spending £600+ on single product. But overall satisfied and love the bathroom vanity I ordered.

  They're not cheap but they're exactly the beautiful quality, solid wood items they claim they are. My delivery came via a higher standard service than the usual - they kept me informed, had the facility for me to provide detailed directions and delivered my item to the room I requested.   I find the furniture from Tikamoon very high quality. I have now ordered different items from them and never encountered any issues. If you are looking for simple high quality wood furniture this is the brand for you! Some of the items are untreated raw wood which I didn't realise at the time but they do state it on their website clearly so the mistake was more on me. Regardless, I just bought a wood oil stain and everything looks great!

  Delivery arrived unexpectedly and not by arrangement as expected. Promised two person delivery to room of choice did not happen. Delivery person dumped items just inside door and then left quickly not allowing time for item to be checked over. Box was undamaged so it looks like the item was packaged up and sent out for delivery without any quality control in place. Gaps and cracks in the woodwork. I have sent photos of how poor the quality is. As I am disabled having suffered a brain tumour the box wasn’t opened until I had a tradesman come this morning to fit the vanity unit. This was when I discovered that the vanity unit was very poorly put together. This also meant I had paid for a tradesman to come and he couldn’t actually get the job done.

  The TV unit is great, just what I needed. The matching coffee table was badly finished. I had to return it as Tikamoon didn't offer any other satisfactory option. There were many emails, before I resolved it by saying I would return the coffee table. I then had to pack it, which was not easy for a large heavy coffee table, and the delivery company had removed the packing as part of their service. After I had spent several exhausting hours packing it, Tikamoon said I didn't have to after all!

  Although media unit was faulty it looked really nice and we had no trouble over the delivery people taking it straight back (worth having the unpacking service). Then we had an excellent response from Tikamoon who looked at the item, immediately handled no fuss refund and after reviewing said the manufacture didn’t meet their standards - so would not want to resend the product. All the signs of a good, responsible company. Hope to reorder the unit when new stock is available, and would use Tikamoon again.

  The website is easy to navigate, the products in the images are staged beautifully and makes you want to design your home in the exact same way. Everything is categorised well and easy to find what you want and also inspiration for things you didn’t know you wanted.
