  The small hallway table with drawer was delivered well packaged and on time. Unfortunately there are some strange marks and divets on the top. I have sent emails and pictures but have not had a response as yet.

  We have several other items of furniture from Tikamoon but our latest experience has been disappointing. The item was not good quality, it arrive damaged twice (we had to re package and have it picked up before it finally arrived in one piece at the third attempt) and the delivery team scratched our wood flooring.

  I ordered a sideboard from Tikamoon costing over £1,100 and was extremely disappointed when it arrived with significant structural damage. The left door frame was split and partially detached, causing the panel to drop and the frame to bow. The front plinth had come away from the frame exposing unstained wood, the right plinth was misaligned with a visible gap at the mitre joint, and there was also a hairline split in the countertop. This was not minor cosmetic damage — the unit was effectively unusable on delivery. Customer service were polite and responsive, but the resolution was frustrating. The maximum partial refund offered for keeping the damaged unit was £260, which felt very low given the extent of the damage and the original price. A replacement would have taken around 10 weeks, which wasn’t realistic just before Christmas, so we reluctantly kept it. The designs are attractive, but quality control and after-sales flexibility need improvement. Overall, a disappointing experience for a premium-priced item.

  We bought a bathroom vanity made from solid oak. The wood stains when in contact with water and splits under humid conditions - not usable in a bathroom. A hefty price tag for such poor quality.

  Absolutely awful experience. The items were not as described (colour-wise) on the website, hinges were not good quality. Most of all, the walls were damaged by the couriers and Tikamoon are refusing to take any accountability and told me "that it can't of been them". Extremely disappointed and would never trust or recommend Tikamoon.

  We received delivery yesterday of an Ellie solid walnut 180cm TV cabinet. The whole process was trouble free even though we are in a new house with no registered address.   I have bought from Tikamoon before and once again it's disappointing to have to wait many weeks before delivery. On this occasion the delivery company performance was particularly poor as they arrived at the appointed time only to tell me that they had the item on the van but that the van had been packed such that the item could not be reached, that they could not unload the boxes in front of it and that they were going to go away and deliver it another day. While they were apologetic it then took another 4 days for them to return. Since I had already waited a long time this was frustrating and disinclines me to order from Tikamoon again. I contacted the delivery company directly who apologised and said they would review their systems.

  I’m really pleased with oak TV unit it’s really good quality and very well built. It gives you a good item of storage for all your bit’s and bobs and the stand itself is solid. The unit was packaged well and all you have to do is attach the legs which is very straight forward even for a DIY person.

  Customer service was outstanding, they were so helpful when I was unhappy with the item. Delivery, and collection was also great. However, the Karl unit is completely unfit for bathroom use (any water spilled sits in the slats and stains) and is of very poor quality (splinters all over the place). I received a replacement unit and it had exactly the same issues.

  Received my juno table top it was much much darker than the illustration shown of the top so was the legs on Tikamoon web site also top surface had swirling effect took me long time to clean it off pictures of it would not show this only the eye could see it has the reflection of natural light was distorting the pictures that was taken with my phone camera. This product is not one of you would probably want to return because of the weight of it and packing of it up as it came with a wooden frame for protection. Some of the light chippings in the surface are slightly rised giving the effect in Natural light as being a lot higher than they are. Overall mainly disappointed but Will have to live it has the stress of it all get to much . Ps:- will say though have dealt with Tikamoon customers services before and gave them five 🌟 they are excellent. Larry

  Hi Thank you for replying back to us! It just that every time I purchase from yourselves ! it seems I have to do rectify a problem or problems with the furniture it would be nice just to unpack the items and start to admire them or use them without doing the above, we have purchased a lot from you in the last couple of months as my account will show this,we will always spend a little bit extra on quality hoping that’s what will arrive the products are good but fall down when I have to work on them which the comments in the past will show I had to do .Hope these reviews will not only help others but deal with companies you purchase the products from up their quality control.   Nice website, lovely products, 15% discount available at time I was ordering. Delivery prompt and communication excellent. Only downside is £50 is incredibly expensive for delivery, especially when already spending £600+ on single product. But overall satisfied and love the bathroom vanity I ordered.
