Lovely product but didn’t realise I needed to treat it - vanity unit so expected it to be done but that could be me not reading the detail. Delivery was longer than expected but they dealt with my query very well.

We took delivery of the Pia light grey marble washbasin a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with it. We have teamed it up with a black plug and black tap on a vanity unit and think it looks fab.

Tikamoon were brilliant at keeping in touch. Every step of the way until delivery point. Missed first delivery and contacted company to give them notice when I would be in. This didn’t happen.. very disappointed with delivery company! The table is of good quality and was easy to assemble legs. Many compliments, I’m delighted and would buy from Tikamoon again

We ordered an absolutely stunning headboard. It was incredibly well packaged when it arrived and when unpacked it was even more beautiful than we expected. The delivery company gents were polite, professional and managed to get 2 very large headboards around a curved staircase and up to the bedroom.

I can’t praise this company highly enough. The service given by the staff is exemplary, so friendly, helpful and professional. Something I find rare in customer service these days. I love the styling of their furniture and the quality is outstanding. I will be looking to purchase more from this company and highly recommend them. They will not disappoint.

I have been looking at products on Tikamoon for quite some time and I love some of the products on offer; I finally took the plunge with ordering a Metric TV unit. Upon placing my order, communication from Tikamoon provided adequate information; this included an e-mail confirming receipt of the order and then a second e-mail notification when the item had been dispatched. Subsequent communications were from their choice of courier, in my case BJS Home Delivery, which included conveniently scheduling the delivery. Delivery was completed as agreed by a 2-man team to my room of choice. Overall I feel that this was an excellent service.

I love the towel hooks I bought. I even came back and bought a load more for all the doors in the house. Really subtle and different design. One was unfortunately broken when delivered. I got in touch with customer service and they offered to replace it instantly free of charge. Brilliant product, packaging and customer service. I will definitely use this company again.
