Verified reviewAfter a 3 month wait we received the TV cabinet which would have been perfect except for the poor finish on the item and the unhelpful customeservice and a 4 month wait for a replacement

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry you were not happy with the finish on the product. Please be advised that our units are handmade and finished and can sometimes come with faults. In this situation you were offered money off the item, a replacement or a return for a full refund. Although the new units are in production so the delivery time is on the long side, you are more than welcome to keep the original unit in the meantime as we would not want you to be without a TV stand. Verified reviewOrdered a mirror for around £70. When it arrived it had been damaged with large chips taken out of the wood. The most they would offer in compensation was 20% an amount I consider insufficient. Delivery took a long time.

It all went very smoothly and was dealt with quickly. You kept in touch with me and I received a full refund within a couple of weeks. Verified reviewVery good website. Informative delivery schedule. Lovely items. Wash basin received damaged, cause insufficient packaging not until the third delivery was it in a acceptable condition. Customer service did their job in organising the replacement with the apologies. It was difficult getting the damaged washbasins returned due to the weight and having to drop of at set locations. Due to the unlikely event that packaging will change I will not be using this company again. It is a great pity due to the products are exceptionable.

Verified reviewAs usual, Tikamoon products are as good as they promise to be. The reason for the two stars however is that the product was meant to weigh (as per the Company's website) less than 75kg, and therefore delivery to the first floor was included in the delivery charge. Upon arrival however the delivery people refused to carry the item to first floor due to the fact the weight exceeded the 75kg due to the packaging. After a lengthy call with the representative of Tikamoon, we decided that the delivery company would leave the item in my lounge on the ground floor and I would just get someone to help with lifting it upstairs, as I eventually did. Tikamoon refunded the delivery charge but this was nonetheless a very stressfyl experience, and something that according to the delivery people happens quite often. They on their side cannot due anything about it as thier policies prohibit them from carrying items which exceed a certain weight and Tikamoon knows about this but decides to close an eye and hope that the customer can sort this out by himself.

This is mentioned on our website, however we are nonetheless sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we must abide by the health and safety rules of our courier partners, as it is evaluated on the day to make sure that there is sufficient room in your home to maneuver the item to avoid damaging your home, the item or the drivers themselves. In the event that they cannot carry the item up, the drivers will offer the option to accept the delivery to the ground floor or to return the item to us for a full refund, including the delivery costs.
