    Product arrived on time and as expected. Delivery guys were helpful and took all the packing away. I had a problem with the unit I bought. Tikamoon dealt with the problem well and offered different ways of dealing with the issue.

    No problems with ordering and paying for my items. Was kept fully updated on delivery, was allocated a time slot and I received a call prior to delivery. My items came fully protected in a sealed cardboard box and placed exactly where I wanted.

    Lovely looking piece of furniture, however, drawers are very difficult to open and one droplet hande won’t tighten, so falls off if pulled. Perhaps some tweaking to the design of the drawers, so they open more easily as wood runners don’t work.
