  Varnish to seal the basic, teak bathroom vanity unit arrived swiftly a few days after ordering. Easy to apply three coats in one day with a two hour window for reapplication. The varnish enhanced the wood but did not change its colour. Very satisfied with this product.

  The chairs I originally purchased were perfect and just what I wanted. When one of them broke however, rather than offering a replacement they offered me a £30 voucher towards a new purchase or £45 refund. Well, the chairs had a 5 year warranty and I expressed shock at such a poor response. I was then offered new screw fixings to mend the chair when clearly, the holes had been broken when the screws became loose. Why, oh why would I accept either of these options? I asked for a replacement chair which I received. Once unpacked I realised it was wonky and wouldn’t sit flat. Also, the copper colouring of the frame was much darker than my others. I emailed my concerns and was immediately sent another new chair which has arrived and seems ok but, still, the copper is darker. It will have to be ok as no other options when I wanted 4 matching dining chairs. Such a shame I had to “fight” to get a replacement in the first instance

We initially asked if replacement screws would be OK to resolve the problem and offered monetary compensation as well should you wish to keep the item, but once you had advised you would prefer to replace the chair this was offered to you. We are sorry this came across as you having to fight for it, but we look to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and look to avoid transportation of furniture where possible.   You should have offered a replacement immediately. End of! No customer needs to waste time responding to emails when a product has a warranty. It’s actually insulting to even argue with my feedback. Take it and mitigate against it happening again

  I ordered a coffee table 19 weeks ago and still have not received it, when I was told the lead time was 8-10 weeks. Customer service has been incredibly vague with updates and generally unhelpful. I’ve no confidence I’ll ever receive my order.

  The navigation on the site was very good. The products are easy to see and to picture in your real space. However I am extremlly dissatisfied with the delivery service. Booking a 8h slot of time is not exactly a slot, is booking your whole day. They were not helpful, every time I contacted them was a different person, via wassap. They even closed my opportunity to speak with them when they wrote me at 6am! They do not deliver on weekends unless is convenient for them amd when we agreed that I was receiving the package from 13h, I received a message , again, when their offices were close, that I was receiving my package from 9h to 13h. It was very disappointing

  We ordered an absolutely stunning headboard. It was incredibly well packaged when it arrived and when unpacked it was even more beautiful than we expected. The delivery company gents were polite, professional and managed to get 2 very large headboards around a curved staircase and up to the bedroom.

  I have been looking at products on Tikamoon for quite some time and I love some of the products on offer; I finally took the plunge with ordering a Metric TV unit. Upon placing my order, communication from Tikamoon provided adequate information; this included an e-mail confirming receipt of the order and then a second e-mail notification when the item had been dispatched. Subsequent communications were from their choice of courier, in my case BJS Home Delivery, which included conveniently scheduling the delivery. Delivery was completed as agreed by a 2-man team to my room of choice. Overall I feel that this was an excellent service.

  I love the towel hooks I bought. I even came back and bought a load more for all the doors in the house. Really subtle and different design. One was unfortunately broken when delivered. I got in touch with customer service and they offered to replace it instantly free of charge. Brilliant product, packaging and customer service. I will definitely use this company again.

  We ordered this lovely solid mango wood vanity unit for our new bathroom. The Tikamoon website was very easy to navigate and use and the products on offer are refreshingly different to the norm.   Ordered a black marble table and it’s a very poor bit of marble with hardly any detail. I understand marble is a natural material and you cant be guaranteed a patterned finish, however, this bit of marble has literally no stripes so I am very disappointed. I work full time and dont have time to return this table so I am just going to have to put up with it sadly. Wont be buying from this company again.

  I purchased the Esme TV unit. The description clearly stated (and still states) no assembly required however, I can no see that much further down it also says there is some assembly. I paid extra to have the piece unpacked and positioned as I live on my own, but this was a waste of money as I had to attach the legs myself. Also, frustrating to find there is no predrilled hole for cables. Very odd considering it is described as a TV unit - thus it is not fit for its purpose. Aside from that, it is solid wood and is an accurate reflection of the online photographs.

  Very surprised to receive our order as quickly as we did as unusual for large pieces of furniture not to have to a long wait lead time. Delivered exactly as arranged and furniture was very well protected.

  Order is exactly as expected. Love the basin especially the dark wood. I was told delivery time is 4 month so I can't fault them on the timing, as it did take 4 months - but worth while the wait. However, it would have been nice to get the odd up date regarding my order.

  Item arrived damaged after paying £18 for delivery costs alone. Company very difficult to get hold of. Once I have managed to raise the concern I was offered only £25 compensation for the damaged item or a replacement in 6 weeks time! Managed to try resolve the issue by accepting £35 refund but still feel this is very disappointing considering the amount I had to pay for delivery of the item. I was told this wasn’t to be taken into consideration. Poor experience overall.
