  I handle product everyday owning a company that produces consumer products out of Asia. Unfortunately in UK consumers have succumbed to accepting cheap product, fake wood. Tikamoon has outstanding product with the consumer in mind...typically solid wood, modern design with little assembly. What a simple concept? Not to most suppliers. Thanks guys for making our home look outstanding..we have about 59 Tikamoon products in our house? Only Tikamoon could confirm this..we have lost count Happy Holidays to a company who/which actually cares. :)

  We found this retailer through Instagram and were a bit worried about using them, however, we thought the products offered to be exactly what we wanted so we took the risk. I am happy to report that we got the mirrors and they are exactly what we expected. They look gorgeous in our entrance hall. Quality seems to be really good but only time will tell. Highly recommended. My only feedback would be, better instant communication during the delivery process. We got a instant email when we ordered saying the order was placed and it would be deliver in 7 days, however, during those 7 days and after we didnt hear anything in the form of a shipping notification or something so we thought we had been scammed. We called them to check and they answer quickly and got the product to us quite quickly after that. Just keep us informed during the whole process to re-assure your clients and would be a better experience

  I have a few pieces from tikamoon and none have disappointed - including this piece. Have had my eye on it for a while and it fits perfectly, is well constructed, and seems very sturdy. Will need more time to gauge its durability. However - tikamoon’s delivery service has always been awful. They’re never on time and often rude about not showing up during the delivery window - either very early or very late.

  Great item! The shelves are very robust and they look amazing in the living room. They are very heavy so it was a bit difficult to move them around and the delivery company was angry at us because of the weight (even though they were delivered in the ground floor and we gave them multiple options to put them in through the front or back door), but I am very happy overall!

  I ordered a sideboard table for my dining room. It’s beautiful, and really finishes our room off. The delivery was efficient and the 2 men were very polite. The packaging was slightly damaged but they took pictures themselves and said they’d forward the damaged packaging. The sideboard was not damaged at all as it was well protected inside. Really lovely quality piece of furniture. Would highly recommend!

  Lovely looking piece of furniture, however, drawers are very difficult to open and one droplet hande won’t tighten, so falls off if pulled. Perhaps some tweaking to the design of the drawers, so they open more easily as wood runners don’t work.

  Ordered a mirror for around £70. When it arrived it had been damaged with large chips taken out of the wood. The most they would offer in compensation was 20% an amount I consider insufficient. Delivery took a long time.

  Thank you for your review. We are very sorry you were not happy with the finish on the product. Please be advised that our units are handmade and finished and can sometimes come with faults. In this situation you were offered money off the item, a replacement or a return for a full refund. Although the new units are in production so the delivery time is on the long side, you are more than welcome to keep the original unit in the meantime as we would not want you to be without a TV stand.   I had originally ordered a vanity unit that was too big for my bathroom. I was super impressed by the efficient and prompt response to return the product. It all went very smoothly and was dealt with quickly. You kept in touch with me and I received a full refund within a couple of weeks.   As usual, Tikamoon products are as good as they promise to be. The reason for the two stars however is that the product was meant to weigh (as per the Company's website) less than 75kg, and therefore delivery to the first floor was included in the delivery charge. Upon arrival however the delivery people refused to carry the item to first floor due to the fact the weight exceeded the 75kg due to the packaging. After a lengthy call with the representative of Tikamoon, we decided that the delivery company would leave the item in my lounge on the ground floor and I would just get someone to help with lifting it upstairs, as I eventually did. Tikamoon refunded the delivery charge but this was nonetheless a very stressfyl experience, and something that according to the delivery people happens quite often. They on their side cannot due anything about it as thier policies prohibit them from carrying items which exceed a certain weight and Tikamoon knows about this but decides to close an eye and hope that the customer can sort this out by himself.

This is mentioned on our website, however we are nonetheless sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we must abide by the health and safety rules of our courier partners, as it is evaluated on the day to make sure that there is sufficient room in your home to maneuver the item to avoid damaging your home, the item or the drivers themselves. In the event that they cannot carry the item up, the drivers will offer the option to accept the delivery to the ground floor or to return the item to us for a full refund, including the delivery costs.   Very good website. Informative delivery schedule. Lovely items. Wash basin received damaged, cause insufficient packaging not until the third delivery was it in a acceptable condition. Customer service did their job in organising the replacement with the apologies. It was difficult getting the damaged washbasins returned due to the weight and having to drop of at set locations. Due to the unlikely event that packaging will change I will not be using this company again. It is a great pity due to the products are exceptionable.
