  Ordered a beautiful chest of draws which were expensive but you get what you pay for and we were expecting excellent quality. The day after the draws were delivered we noticed a crack down the side of them. Cosmetic damage but still not what we expected given the price point of this furniture. When reported (with pics etc) we were given the option to receive a very small refund amount considering the price we paid or to organise a return which would involve re-packing an incredibly heavy chest of draws ourselves - which I’m pretty sure is done with a machine by Tikamoon making it impossible for us to return (I’m 6 months pregnant and completely unable to repackage a huge chest of draws into the huge but incredibly snug and damaged original packaging). So we were told there was no other option but to accept the very small refund. Poor customer service and problem resolution and now we have a damaged item for pretty much full price. Wouldn’t recommend. The service doesn’t match the quality promise on the website.

We offered a replacement or a refund in this instance due to the transit damage but sadly the item is required to be repackaged for a collection.   Everything went smoothly but we were alarmed at the state of the boxes on delivery with extensive damage, holes and rips. However the furniture was undamaged when we unpacked it.

  Absolutely delighted with my two solid oak Eden bedside tables. I was specifically looking for very narrow bedside tables due to limited space either side of my king-size bed and it was proving impossible until I discovered these beauties. Excellent quality and stylish. Due to the design there is sufficient space on top, within the pull out drawer, the shelf and more space underneath. Items as described on the website. Thank you.

  The website provided the right amount of detail and the customer photos really helped us make the decision to buy. Delivery period was just under six weeks, which was stated on the website. When I contacted customer service for an update on deliver they were helpful and quick to reply with a more specific timeframe. The unit itself looks fantastic in the space. The sink is more shallow than expected but fine for purpose. Solid construction and soft-close drawers. Plumber did have to make an additional cut inside to fit the waste pipe but this is not noticeable from the outside.

  Beautiful chairs, delivered quickly. The first ones we ordered were amazing quality but didn’t quite fit the space so we returned them. The returns process was quick and easy. The second set of chairs we ordered were perfect. Great experience all round.

  The item arrived chipped, scratched, marked and dented with doors that were not aligned. We got a small cash refund to avoid the hassle of returning and finding another (fits well and we spent a long time looking) but we would not have purchased if we knew that is how it would arrive. Disappointing.

  Despite a customs delay with our furniture (which was out of Tikamoon's control) they provided regular updates. Once delivery was arranged it was on time and seamless. The furniture is beautiful and really well made. 5 star service and furniture, thank you.

  Quality is ok except for door hinges. Adjustable kitchen cupboard hinges that are maxed out on adjustment and so are loose every time you open the door are not what I expected for £1200? Otherwise it’s all good but nearly returned for rubbish hinges.

  I was given a delivery window of up to 4 months, but was told not to worry it shouldn't take that long. It actually took over 4 months and in that time I was never contacted by Tikamoon to update me on my delivery. I had to continually call them for updates. When I ordered the item, it said on their website and order confirmation that delivery will be to the room of your choice, up to the second floor. The delivery company refused to take it upstairs so it had to stay in my hallway for 3 weeks until I could find someone to help move it. When I emailed Tikamoon about it, they couldn't care less even though it's on their website and on my order confirmation. The vanity itself is nice but I loathe giving my hard earned money to a company that doesn't care about their customers. A very very unpleasant and stressful experience.

Sadly your order required specialty clearance from customs before we could ship the item and this caused it to be slightly over the 4 month quoted period. As this is handled by customs, we unfortunately are not updated as much as we would like to be on the status of the order. In regards to the delivery, as this is a very heavy item it unfortunately was unable to carried up the stairs by the team. We mention this when checking out that due to the weight limit of some items they can only be delivered to the ground floor.   I love the website, the quality of the items as well as the fact that it arrives fully assembled. However, the delivery box had a pungent mouldy smell which filled my home and wouldn’t clear for a couple of days even after getting rid of it. This instantly ruins the unboxing experience and the first impression. It also triggered an allergic reaction in me.

  I love the cabinet, but and it’s a massive but, it came untreated. I tried looking for the information on the JILL CABINET to see if I needed to treat it and it said everywhere ready to go 5 minute assembly of legs Now it wasn’t a problem for me because I had some clear varnish at home, so I could treat it, but I had to mess my plumber around as I hadn’t put time in to treat it It wouldn’t have been a problem, but PLEASE add it to the description so people can be prepared! Now it’s in it looks gorgeous and I’m pleased

  Everything about my order was excellent, from the pictures on the website, to ordering, to delivery and not least the actual Ying Yang bookcase. Exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately I had to cancel the delivery date twice due to problems my end, this was never an issue for them and their communication was fantastic. Absolutely love my new bookcase

  Absolutely shocking, 10 years in the design industry I have never seen an item so poorly constructed, no less than 10 faults in a single item. Opened the box to find a screw popped out at me…. The drawer runners fell off…. Drawer boxes cracked on the runners….. glad I got my refund…shop elsewhere!!!!!

  Order arrived swiftly and with courteous delivery men. Unfortunately, after unpacking the chest of drawers, one of the drawer runners was faulty, and the end of the furniture was out of alignment, so it had to be returned. Tikamoon, initially, sent us a diagram intending us to try to attempt to repair the fault but it was beyond this. The subsequent continuous email correspondence was swift and concise, every query we had was immediately answered and a replacement item was despatched promptly. We had to repackage the faulty unit to a high standard, but this was verified, again by Tikamoon, that it was acceptable. Now we have the complete furniture set, we are delighted with it.

In regards to the top of the unit, this is advertised as terrazzo, which is a composite material made from many natural stones. We use real marble and no part of it is fake.   There was a slight delay in receiving the order as it said to be with us in 7 working days and it took around double that. However the product quality and look made up for the delay and looks class in our cloakroom toilet, and everyone comments on it.

  The website is fine but not clear that the products are shipped from FRANCE. I ordered 2 nobu basins which were very different sizes which caused a problem so had to order 2 more to find a matching pair. They were not able to select and pick 2 matching units which was not an effective solution or very eco friendly considering I has to order 4 heavy items and return 2 from France to the UK and send back again

  Very satisfied with info and procedures by tikamoon from placing order to delivery. The Eden oak sideboard and Eden bookcase? Superb, It is as stated on the web site and more, I am in the process of ordering three more pieces from tikamoon. Actions speak louder than words! Both the bookcase and sideboard exceeded my expectations.
