Verified reviewI ordered from Taiwan using your App but I didn't receive any email confirmation until it was delivered. As a customer, it is not reassuring not to receive an email confirmation from an order. I was actually going to contact you about this order as I arrived in London from Taiwan. Luckily the very day I was thinking of contacting you, the package was delivered. I suggest you send customers email order verifications from the beginning and NOT just at the very end.

I have now wasted about 2 hours trying to use your returns system. It seems deliberately designed to prevent people using it. It insists on 6 photos (why 6?) then says that it can't upload the images. I've tried it both on my phone and my laptop. So frustrating and disappointing this whole experience.
