Verified reviewBought a dog collar for a large dog but wasn't big enough. Website stated additional links were available upon request but they were nowhere to be found on the website. Had to email customer services twice as their options were not relevant to my enquiry so an answer took a lot longer than it should have. The reply was not as expected either. Basically told, if it's not on the website then we don't have them, so why offer these additional links if you don't even have them? They could have at least been found on the website and state "sold out" but this was not the case which makes one think they were never available to purchase in the first place. I had to trawl the Internet for these additional links as I could not use the collar without them. Very disappointing customer service.
