Verified reviewOrdered a self inflating Sea to Summit sleep mat. The mat was a fair and competitive price however, my item took a week to arrive and then got delivered the day after the time frame given. This meant I couldn't go on my camp and spoiled my plans.

Thanks for the reply. I understand external factors can impact delivery and that's why the dates are estimates. My order was placed on Friday 3rd May and my estimate was between Tue 7th and Fri 10th. That's why I was a little disappointed that it arrived Sat 11th. Royal mail are usually quite accurate as well. Nevermind, these things happen and I won't rely on delivery times to determine a camp in the future.

Verified reviewI needed some water-carrying accessories which had been discontinued by the manufacturer. These guys had the only stock I could find so I pounced on it, seeing as I really didn't want to replace a bunch of stuff I already own. I half expected the "in stock" indicators to be a ruse, but not only did they quickly report the order was accepted, it was shipped to me with all the VAT properly sorted and in quick time. Very impressed and would definitely use again.
