Verified reviewGood price on products but you need to be more clear on the cost of returns at the customers expense. I was lucky to pay by PayPal so I had the free return. I would not have been happy having to pay £10.99 to return an item. This needs to be made clear to customers when purchasing

I appreciate that but it needs to clearer - nobody expects that level of charge for returns in this day and age and because people don’t expect it they don’t look at the returns policy.The costs are very high for returns - the highest I have seen. I was extremely angry until I realised I could use PayPal returns
