Verified reviewThe ordering and delivery were all very good, but I have a comment about another product that I'd like passed on. I recently purchased some of the classic shaped u-select grinders and find that there are issues with the salt grinder, many of which probably strem from the fact that the coarseness can be affected by both the screw at the top and the u-select pay at the bottom. These two work against each other, causing issues. I think it best if you found a way to attach the uppermost part without it having any effect on the grinding mechanism. It should be easy to do and would improve the product significantly. Thanks.

Verified reviewVery disappointed with what we thought would be a quality product and service. Delivery took 3 weeks when originally it stated 4-7 days. Then on opening the mill set, the pepper mill was not fit for purpose and broke on first use, extremely disappointed. We have now sent back and await a replacement.

Verified reviewI am surprised to receive two separate requests to review products that I have yet to receive at more than two weeks from placing the order. The carriers performance is utterly abysmal for an order of this value.. I am cancelling the order and demand an immediate and full refund of all monies paid.

Verified reviewOrdered as a Christmas present, no order status updates given, but received an email 10 days later saying that it had been delivered but I couldn't find it anywhere - no POD information or photographs showing where delivered were provided. Although Peugeot allude to having an UK outlet - Peugeot Saveurs UK, there is no contact information for them anywhere and the UK email address on the order confirmation bounces back. Had great difficulty finding details of how to contact them in France - sadly their customer service department is appalling, painfully slow to reply with little or no information to a simple request - where is my order? Eventually after much chasing was advised that original order had been 'damaged in transit' and not delivered. Replacement sent - received one month after the original order - far too late for Christmas.

Firstly, I'd like to apologise for the poor experience you have received and I want to let you know that I will be investigating all of the points you have raised so that this doesn't happen again. We do have several automated communications that go to customers through each step of the order's journey so I am sorry that you did not receive these, there must be an error on our system. Our orders do come from France so take a little longer than expected, but we try to make this clear on the header of our website. Unfortunately, in the lead up to Christmas and the issue with the Royal Mail strikes, some orders have experienced long delays or have gone missing entirely. I was saddened to read that our customer service team were not up to par on this occasion, I'm sure the lateness of response was due to volume of enquiries, but I will certainly be investigating further to ensure our customers not only receive a quick response, but also an adequate response to queries. Verified reviewOur mills arrived damaged. It appears they were poorly packed and were able to move in the box during transport. I immediately sent a response to your email and clicked the thumbs down selection but I heard nothing from you until I contacted your customer service directly. So why have these applications and ways of response if you're going to do nothing with them. Since contacting your customer service things appear to be moving in terms of organising a replacement order.
