We had never ordered from Ultra Secure Direct before so as with any new business we deal with we were a little unsure, but we had absolutely no reason to worry. The website was very easy to navigate around and the product information was excellent reassuring us that we were purchasing the correct product for our needs. Excellent service and great product! I purchased a BT Caravan PIR & Internal Siren kit with a further PIR and remote to be installed on my boat. This arrived in a day! - and I was delighted to find that all units had been paired to work together. The kit came with all the necessary batteries and the caravan alarm stickers had been changed to those relating to a boat. It was extremely easy to set up the alarm, test it and find that the kit is very good value for money. On this experience I thoroughly recommend this company.

I purchased the BT Wireless PIR Motion Sensor Alarm for the sole purpose of protecting my shed. Reading the reviews I wasn't sure if the alarm reset itself once triggered. I wouldn't want it staying on till the batteries ran down, nor would my neighbours. I rang Ultrasecure sales dept and they confirmed that the alarm does reset itself after 2 minutes and will go again and again if triggered. Delivery was quicker than stated when ordered and alarm quite simple to install and operate. The alarm is VERY LOUD. My obnly negative comment would be to include better quality fixing screws rather than cheap chinese. Other than that, so far i'm well impressed.

This dummy box was actually to replace a corroded working box. I picked it for it's depth allowing me to fit the existing alarm siren. An added bonus is the flashing led ( battery driven ). It did the trick and I may even purchase two more to cover rest of the house.
