Verified reviewI ordered some fishing line from Spain to be delivered to me in the uk, at first I was a little worried as although my paypal said paid and gave me an order number the the order wasn't showing on my waveinn account, It took a couple of days to show but after that it was plain sailing, the items arrived as described and on time (about 10 days start to finish), I would recommend and I will use again.

Verified reviewOne star because there is no option for zero!!!! DO NOT USE THEM, they might be cheap but when a problem arises forget any resolution..... No matter what question you ask you get a copy and pasted reply over and over again resulting in them wanting you to return your faulty or broken item at your expense which in the grand scheme of things outweighs the point of actually making a warranty complaint in the first place!!!! THEY KNOW THIS ONLY TOO WELL..... this will be about the sixth review for this issue now because they don't like the truthful ones previously left .SO TO RECAP, IF YOUR FISHING ROD BREAKS WHILE CATCHING FISH WITH IT DONT BOTHER CONTACTING WAVEINN AS THEY WILL MOT DEAL WITH WARANTY ISSUES AND THEY WILL TELL YOU TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER YOURSELF... DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR, PAY THE FEW QUID EXTRA AND BUY FROM SHOPS THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Verified reviewWaveinn offered good value for money but it was not apparent when ordering that the item was coming from Spain. The website stated the the item would arrive on7/8 July but when tracked it said item usually takes 21 days to arrive! I tried to query this with Waveinn but no satisfactory answer was given. Item arrived within 2 weeks.
